Using Data

Using Data is the ability of an HR team to strategically use data to set goals and measure progress.  This section provides tools to help a team assess and improve its ability to use data meaningfully.

The framework of thinking about setting goals and then identifying the right metrics and benchmarks was huge. That, for me, was my biggest take away.
