The Teacher Puzzle Pieces is a graphic organizer of the key work of HR in a district:  Preparation and Recruitment; Hiring and Selection; Induction and New Teacher Assignment; Staffing and Deployment; Compensation and Benefits; Performance Management; Linking PD to HR/HC Functions; Career Management; and Principals as HC Managers.  The HR Team can use this graphic to help visualize the key work of HR related to teachers.
