Success Protocol

This protocol provides a structure for districts to share and understand successful practices in human capital based on the USHCA Assess-Breakthrough-Change Tools, as well as the Principal and Teacher Puzzle Pieces.  Districts can use this protocol with teams who want to share successes with each other.
