School-Level Data Capture Template

The School-Level Data Capture Template asks districts to review key human capital data for 12 schools — 6 high-performing schools and 6 low-performing schools (this same process could be completed for all schools or another subset of schools).   Districts can use this tool to analyze diversity data, particularly as it relates to diversity issues.  The School-Level Data Capture –  Instructions for Use and School-Level Data Capture – Reflection are complementary tools.
