School-Level Data Capture – Reflection

This document provides reflection questions to accompany the data Excel spreadsheet titled School-Level Data Capture Template, which asks districts to review key human capital data for 12 schools – 6 high-performing schools and 6 low-performing schools (this same process could be completed for all schools or another subset of schools).  District teams can use these questions to lead a reflective conversation.
