School-Level Data Capture Template — Instructions for Use

These instructions describe how to complete the School-level Data Capture Template,  which asks districts to review key human capital data for 12 schools — 6 high-performing schools and 6 low-performing schools (this same process could be completed for all schools or another subset of schools).   Districts can use these instructions in combination with the School-level Data Capture Template and Sample.
