Recruitment and Hiring Data Protocol

This protocol sets up a system for HR to teams review teacher recruitment and staffing data from the previous hiring season to monitor HR’s effectiveness in sourcing new teachers and supporting principals in hiring and transfer decisions.  HR Teams can use this protocol during the school year to review its successes and plan for areas of improvement.
