The Principal Assess, Breakthrough, and Change (ABC) Tool defines the key levers and metrics for HR’s strategic work related to improving Principal quality.  The HR team can clearly see the metrics for the key work as well as diagnose their level of implementation of the work along a continuum in order to achieve benchmark results.  Please note, this tool should also be used to ensure Assistant Principal quality.
