Job Description Analysis – High Needs School Leaders

This tool outlines an activity to help districts analyze their job descriptions to determine whether they present the competencies needed for high-need schools.  Teams can use this activity to consider improvements to their job description at the beginning of a process of building new strategies to recruit high-need school leaders.
