HR/HC Organizational Linkage (RACI) Overview

The HR/HC Organizational Linkage (RACI)is a planning and project management tool based on the RACI framework that describes and clarifies roles and responsibilities for various roles in completing tasks or deliverables.  Team Leaders implementing new work can use this as a planning tool to ensure clear and strong communication.
